Germinal center responses
Memory B cell and plasma cell differentiation
Humoral immune responses
Monoclonal antibody generation

Understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying B cell responses to vaccination and infection. Of particular interest is understanding durability of protective immunity and studying mechanisms of induction of broadly protective responses to rapidly evolving pathogens, such as influenza viruses.
