Research Interests

The adaptive immune system is a central node in the molecular pathogenesis across all diseases. Encoded within our genome is the ability to respond to the vast array of pathogens and, if improperly regulated, ourselves. My research has focused on developing computational approaches to distilling and deciphering adaptive immune receptor sequences and tracking immune cell interaction through intracellular mitochondria transfer.
