Research Interests

My research focuses on understanding how T cells regulate neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration in the context of ALS. I am interested in applying omics-based approaches, including single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, to dissect immune cell states and their interactions with the central nervous system. My broader interests span innate and adaptive immunity, functional genomics, and host-immune interactions.

  • Neuroinflammation
  • Single-cell transcriptomics
  • Functional genomics
  • CRISPR-based screens
