Research Interests
My past research involved work on small lymphocytic leukemia, a project that eventually involved setting up the system for direct sequencing of immunoglobulin genes from paraffin sections. Another focus of my previous research involved studying the pathogenesis of Multiple Myeloma, a pilot study to optimize PCR detection of ras mutations in archival material in the Department of Pathology and Immunology and correlating that with t(4;14) and t(11;14) in established myeloma cases. For additional information on my papers, please refer to my portfolio. My current research focuses mainly of translational projects with a focus on B- cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and research related to reviews and updates of previously authored book chapters.
