Returning a Wupax Case to Client

1. Login to Wupax (wupax.wustl.edu)
2. Find the case you are going to return in the “Submitted” queue. (Search box in top right.)
3. Open the case by clicking on the Request ID.
4. Click the “Return to Client” button.
5. On the “Maintenance” button, select “Users”
6. Find yourself, and switch your institution to match the related case
   1. iGOLM – Gift of Life Michigan
   2. iMTS – Mid-America Transplant
7. On the “Maintenance” button, select “Switch to Client”
8. The case that has been returned will appear in the “Pending Cases” queue, and status will be “Returned”
9. Notify caller that the case has been returned.
