Research Interests
My work is focused in the unbiased sequence characterization of major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-bound ligands by mass spectrometry, with a specific focus on post-translationally modified neoantigens. My work is collaborative in nature and currently involves studies of type 1 diabetes, tumor immunology, and neurodegenerative diseases.
