         | | Training > Clinical Fellowships > DermatopathologyThis one-year fellowship program is designed to prepare individuals to function independently as an academic or non-academic dermatopathologist. The program provides intensive training in the morphologic evaluation of skin disease, including the use of immunofluorescence and immunoperoxidase methods and electron microscopy. The trainees are also provided with instruction and experience in mycology and cutaneous surgery. Research programs in a wide range of fields are available and participation is encouraged.

The fellowship position for academic year 2012 has been filled. The application period for the 2013-2014 fellowship opens on July 1, 2011 and closes on December 31, 2011. Only application files that are complete by December 31, 2011, will be considered for the fellowship year that begins on July 1, 2013.
