         | | Training > Clinical Fellowships > DermatopathologyThis one-year fellowship program is designed to prepare individuals to function independently as an academic or non-academic dermatopathologist. The program provides intensive training in the morphologic evaluation of skin disease, including the use of immunofluorescence and immunoperoxidase methods and electron microscopy. The trainees are also provided with instruction and experience in mycology and cutaneous surgery. Research programs in a wide range of fields are available and participation is encouraged.

The application period for the 2011-2012 fellowship opens on July 1, 2009, and closes on January 31, 2010. Only application files that are complete by January 31, 2010, will be considered for the fellowship year that begins on July 1, 2011.
